Anastasia Konstantinovna Bryzgalova (Russian: Анастасия Константиновна Брызгалова; conceived 13 December 1992) is a Russian styler dominatingly playing as a bad habit. She and Alexander Krushelnitskiy won the 2016 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship in Karlstad, Sweden and the bronze award at the 2018 Winter Olympics. She plays professionally for CC Adamant (St. Petersburg).
